Tracey is grateful for what running, and the healthy perspective she has gained through physical activity, has added to her own life, and she is dedicated to empowering local girls to become healthy women with a sense of place in their communities. In fact, her overwhelmingly positive experience with GOTR during its pilot season has encouraged her to leave law practice and focus on developing GOTR in Manhattan full-time.

Beth Frey, Executive Operating Committee, Director of Development

Beth received her Bachelor of Arts from the University at Albany, and works as a Production Supervisor for a magazine research company. As a native New Yorker and avid runner, she is thrilled to play a role in bringing GOTR to the amazing girls in this city. Beth discovered her passion for running during a relay race at her high school freshman orientation in the Bronx. Since then, it has been a consistent and important part of her life, helping her to overcome shyness and develop confidence in a way that she hopes to share with the girls she coaches. Beth has been inspired by the energy and sisterhood that GOTR creates, not only amongst the girls who participate, but also amongst its volunteers. She feels strongly that this program will guide many girls on the path towards becoming strong, independent-minded and healthy young women.
